WTX Development Co. is a residential and multifamily developer in Waco, TX. Baylor alumni Harris Arnhart (BU '13) and William Adamson (BU '90) rebranded to form WTX Development in 2021, after five years of operations. We began building student housing around Baylor's campus and have since grown into the core of Waco.
As Waco continues to grow, so should the housing market. We see demand for new properties in urban pockets that traditionally get overlooked. Our properties range from residential to multifamily, lease to purchase, and short-term rentals we manage.
WTX Development has developed over $20M through past projects and has multiple new ones in the works. We're constantly watching real estate trends and looking for new areas where we can bring our vision.
